- Issues arising due to Irregular maintenance of the vehicle according to the standards and rules of HONGQI Motors
- During the warranty period, the vehicle that doesn't carry out regular maintenance in HONGQI Motors authorized service center or damage to the vehicle caused by using unauthorized parts without the consent of HONGQI Motors.
- Direct or indirect damage to vehicles caused by improper use, artificial damage or accident (such as a car accident), and other non-product quality reasons.
- Damage to vehicles under the special conditions of use (such as for auto rally, test, etc.), or beyond the regulation limit scope of "Owner's Manual" (such as maximum load, engine speed, capacity, etc.).
- Repair caused by the use of unauthorized liquid material such as fuel, or lubricating oil (such as engine oil, brake fluid, clutch fluid, coolant, methanol fuel, etc.).
- Damage to vehicles caused by using a corrosive or inferior cleaner.
- Any failure caused by refit without the consent of HONGQI Motors (engine, vehicle performance change, extend using the range, etc.).
- Losses caused by not going to HONGQI Motors authorized service center for repair in time when the vehicle fails, or continuing to use the vehicle against advice provided by the dealer.
- Damage caused by force majeure (earthquake, flood, hurricane, hail, and other natural disasters), or by fire, car accident, theft, and other human error or negligence and secondary damage.
- Any vehicle malfunction caused by dust, chemical reagents, seawater, sea breeze, salt, or other similar reasons, and part or whole vehicle body immersed in water.
- Slight noise, vibrations or other normal characteristics of the vehicle that is very mild and does not affect product quality and function, and is not caused by material and manufacturing defects.
- The vehicle maintenance where the actual mileage of the vehicle is not available after the odometer is adjusted or replaced.
- Expenses caused by normal maintenance (regular maintenance), inspection, and adjustment (such as idle speed, fuel consumption, CO value, ECU, lights, four-wheel alignment, tire dynamic balance…etc.).
- Lubricating oils, brake fluid, coolant, cleaning fluid, and refrigerants in normal wear.
